Ron Withers

Ron has more than 55 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked since 2013 as an entrepreneur, growing Beebe Commercial's reputation in several states. Ron consistently demonstrates excellent operational and strategic business management skills and strives to lead his team and grow his company with a strong sense of moral integrity and commitment to quality work and true customer service. He is highly competitive, dedicated, and goal-oriented and will work tirelessly to make sure the work associated with his name is nothing short of superior. 

Jessica Moore

Jessica is in charge of all of our accounting which includes: bookkeeping, payroll, unemployment, employee benefits, wage garnishments, employment verifications, background checks, hiring paperwork, W-2s, and maintaining job cost entries. She has 15 years of accounting experience under her belt.   She also handles invoice entries, payables, account reconciliations, lien releases, and bank reconciliations. She is very professional and thorough and maintains outstanding relationships with our vendors and subcontractors. 

Shawn Withers

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Shawn has made a significant contribution to Beebe Commercial and our prestigious name. He oversees multiple projects with impeccable leadership, communication, and organizational skills. He has handled nearly every aspect of the construction process from performing takeoffs, providing bids, mobilizing crews to multiple job sites, implementing safety at all times, and monitors every project until it is complete. Shawn knows exactly what it takes to make sure his customers are well taken care of and satisfied along every step of the way. 

Bob Sheffield

Bob has over 35 years of experience as an Operating Manager. He has been involved with a variety of contracting projects including restaurants, medical facilities, apartment buildings, hotels, schools and multiple tenant improvements. Bob is also a hurricane, fire and flood restoration specialist. His experience includes project management, estimating and site supervision. Bob has helped design and then construct projects. He has done all of this while keeping the plans within budget and is willing to work with anyone involved with the project to bring successful and timely completion.
